My journey started with finding happiness again. After that, I knew I had to do something about my fitness and diet. Today, I am loving my new healthy and fabulous lifestyle. It includes a low calorie diet and lots of exercise. The results have been amazing. We do both individual and group cooking classes. We are based in Atlanta Georgia where we tape our shows, but we will fly to you for an additional cost. All classes are one week long. Checkout some of our menus:
Portobello Mushroom stuffed with sweet potatoes, shrimp, cilantro and parmesan cheese. Drizzled with pesto sauce and olive oil.

Cauliflower Fried Rice
2 Cups of Blended or Chopped Cauliflower
1/4 Cup of Celery
1/2 Cup of diced Carrots
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 Tsp of Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp Ginger
1/2 Tsp Garlic
Add Olive Oil to Caste iron pot. Add celery, carrots, ginger and garlic. In that order. Add cauliflower and remaining ingredients.
