Cleansing Menu Plan

It’s been 5 days since I have been in Dubai sampling all the “yummy” food and the inches are increasing. I feel really bloated so I am taking a step back and cleansing my system for the next few days so I can get back on track. #goals🙄.
Today, my meal plan consisted of a “Power Salad” and Tumeric Super Latte. I visited Nathalie’s cafe again! I love the fact that I can “build” my own salad.

Ingredients:
Avocado
Pickled Ginger
Fresh Pomegranates
Pickled Cucumbers
Red Quinoa
Edamame
Red Onions
Cherry Tomatoes
Beets
Ginger Dressing
Basil Oil
Tumeric Super Latte:
Despite the healthy components, this meal was actually delicious 😋.
