I have been blogging a lot about choosing healthy meals on the go. Weight management and healthy eating is very important to me. I am currently in Dubai and my goal is to maintain my inches. As a result, I am choosing my meals carefully.

Today I am having Salmon Poke and an Avocado Smoothie for lunch❗️

Ingredients for Salmon Poke Salad

Salmon diced and uncooked and soaked in Sesame Oil

Shredded Red Cabbage

Shredded Carrots

Diced cucumbers

Red Quinoa

Diced Mangoes

Green Onions chopped

Chopped Cilantro

Edamame

Sesame Seeds

Sesame Oil

Creamy Ginger Dressing

Ingredients for Avocado Smoothie

Avocado

Banana

Almond Milk

Honey

Sea Salt (Optional)
